Five Months

Kids Everywhere

Josie and Kylie entertained a few friends over Memorial Day weekend - while Mom and Dad forgot to take pictures. It was so fun to have everyone over - we really should do it more often!

Garden

MeMe and Pop decided that Josie needed a garden - so Pop made the garden and MeMe bought the plants. Josie didn't like getting dirty so she handed out the plants and dumped the water. Kylie enjoyed the sun - but wasn't quite ready to help. It will be interesting to see how well Josie's garden does - between the HOT weather and our dogs - I am not sure if it will survive or produce a high yield - but I will keep you posted!

Kylie

We keep a cloth under Kylie's head because she spits up so much it is easier to change the cloth than it is to change the sheet. Kylie has a cute little habit- she takes her burp cloth and rubs it against her face when she sleeps. Every morning when I go in to check on her she has her hand under the cloth and it is pressed against her face.

Josie did the sweetest thing the other night - she not only "helped" me bathe Kylie -she ran to her bathroom and brought back one of her dolphin bath toys and gave it to Kylie! Josie said "you need a dolphin Kylie-make bath fun!" It was a sweet little moment in the Walker house!

Josie went to work with me and couldn't resist peeking in on Amanda! Josie would run up to the doors and peek in and laugh!

Family Time

After a tough few weeks we took a little family time and joined Thold and his family at their "beach hut." It was so great to see them - even if it was for a short time. Josie LOVED the beach and made "friends' with a bird by feeding him her new favorite cereal - Captain Crunch. Kylie enjoyed the ocean's lullaby and fell asleep on the beach everyday! It was really special for Kylie's first beach trip to be to Kiawah!

Couldn't Resist

Josie came to work with me and she could not understand why Amanda was in my office with the doors closed - so she couldn't resist peeking in to see what was going on. Josie thought it was so funny!
